Too large room but uncomfortable. Lights either not working or improper situation. To step up for bathroom - most uncomfortable. Restaurant and washroom very dirty. The bellboy is always waiting for tip. During booking they informed lunch/dinner and breakfast free. At check in they informed Rs 500 per room, surprised.

Slow and uninterested service from the reception; spacious but worndown rooms, bathroom dirty without towels, simple but good breakfast. Quite cheap, but probably not for everyone yet...Maybe better to pay a little more for a more comfortable hotel where you feel more welcome...

I stayed just 3 hrs for fresh an up..hotel is on main city busy area..hotel is good as per their tariff which includes breakfast and pickup and drop to station..very old type reception staffs were not groomed.

I am an IT engineer and my friends and family members are middle class similar to me. We expect same kind of function and services. Unfortunately, by mistake my family booked this hotel for Laguna/tilak functions. I ended up with embarrassment. Whatever hotel has promised the delivery was not even 20%. Think about the situation where nothing is even 50%. And you feel like its not even birthday party. Went well- Nothing, Went wrong- Manager Santanu Bose is a useless fellow. He doesn't know how to talk to the customer. He always ready with a stupid reason why things did not go well. Think customer is not paying money for listening stupid reason. If you give more point he was ready to fight. - A classless hotel. Be careful if you think it's similar to "SAMDARIYA "It's not. In Samadriya a well-educated member will attend you but in "Samdariya Inn" classless service you will see. A Samdariya is a little costlier(around 10-15K for 250 people) but in services SAMdariya is far better than Samdariya Inn. - Food quality and serving - you can get better in villages. --Classless manger Santanu Bose and his employee. No one ready to listen to anything during the function. - Stupid decoration- Promised for flower but ended up with existing balloon decoration. Took money forcefully for shown thing even actual was not matching 20%. Dirty cover of chair. Dirty Curtains etc. - The fan was switched off during the function in the summer. Bose gives a reason if I would have on the fan balloon will go away. - Only 1-2 waiter for 250 people- Santanu Bose Manager replied this is enough waiter to handle 300+ employee. Think how 1-2 waiter gives water, starter, cold drink at the same time at multiple places. -A 6-8 year boy was operating DJ. Manager replied a well DJ operator was there and a boy is a just helper. I have not seen any DJ operator. All the time the boy was learning DJ during the function. - Cold-drink and other starters they were hiding from the table so that less consumption happens. I told multiple times to put on the table but the manager was ready to fight he said he is not gonna do that. - I booked rooms for my friends, Who was coming from out of India and other states of India. The room shown was awesome but at the end, they have given a classless room. The bathroom was stinking and bed-sheet looks used. And the bathroom was used and Pan masala gutka was spat. The manager has a reason it happens in bulk booking. -If you try to reach owner Pavan Samdariya you cannot reach to him easily. The number and email mentioned on the site are fake. You can not reach to the owner because all the downs people have grouping they wont take you to the owner.

I have visited Jabalpur in 2017 few times, always stayed at samdaria inn. Centrally located budget Hotel with good services. Experience depends on which room you get alloted, renovation is going on, they are adding more emenities in rooms. Food is Also Good.
